Terrible service

l once made a mistake of hosting my website with Afrihost. The greatest mistake was that l put my eggs in one basket. l got a dedicated server and was hosting over a dozen websites with them. The first problem was their poor billing system that requires you to renew a domain a month before its expiry date. So l said to them, l am not sure if l want to keep one of the domains or not, so l cant renew it now. Give me until close to date of renewal, but they told me the system does not allow that. That was just but the beginning. Later on l said to them l didnt need managed server, l wanted to manage my own server. They gave me root access. After a while they started sending me messages about some software that l was to install in order for them to monitor my server and they wanted me to install it. And l said if you need it to monitor my server why dont you install it. Bcause l am not the one who needs the software, l dont have time to install it. Then they said l was not complying with their terms of service so they will shut down my server until l comp****. l dared them to and the lady whose name l forgot did actually that. Am sure you know how it ended, l moved my domains
