terrible service.

Shocking service, we've had our fibre for under a month and it's been disconnected due to "maintenance issues" atleast 6 times, sometimes for up to three days. Whenever we call there's a waiting time of atleast 30 minutes. Their is no care for their customer base, as a paying customer i am beyond disappointed.
