Terrible service

Terrible service from Afrihost I signed up for fibre and was advised to cancel my adsl line within 30 days which is what I did however now I have no fibre and no internet BUT YET AFRIHOST DEBITED MY ACCOUNT THATS INCORRECT !!please refund
