Terrible service

I have been using Afrihost for the longest time. And recently since February 2021 my speeds I pay for and the speeds I receive are nothing alike.

I have been calling almost daily since the 24th of February 2021 have had faults logged, countless tests done with multiple technicians, and still nothing. I have to call Afrihost every other day to follow up, when I speak to a supposed technician they claim they will call me back with details or an update but nothing absolutely nothing.

Once again I made a call twice this morning and the technician was unhelpful...and cut the call. I can't believe this is the service I get from an ISP I've been using for over 10 years. Really *** had gone wrong with your service.
