Terrible service

We tried to take out fibrw internet through this company, but they never phone back and never follow up and definitely never give any service. They were more than happy to take payment after their advert said free installation, and we have fibre to our door. Now they don't give us any type of customer service and they don't refund us our payment. We are fuming and absolutely fed up with this place.
