Terrible service!

Ever since I moved over to Afrihost Fibre I have had endless issues. I have spoken to multiple people in their call centre. They get the service running for a bit then back to no service or super slow speeds.

I then get told they can't report my slow line speeds, cause I as the client need to test the line with equipment I don't own. They refuse to have a manager contact me, but will happily take my money. Well that debit order is now being blocked, will sew how quickly they reach out for payment.
