Terrible service

Good day.

I need someone to assist me urgently as my account is suspended over a r89 that i was aware that was outstanding. On the 26th of July the afrihost app said my balance was r789. I then made a payment of r800 and this morning i received an email that my account will be suspended and a few minutes later it was. No where in any communication from afrihosy was i notified of any shortfall but you are so quick to suspend. Please call me urgently has we are now without internet over the weekend. Not due to non payment, but due to lack of communication from afrihost accounts department. This matter nedds to be resolved asap and my services restored. Acc number is A***7
