Terrible service

I have had a fibre line installed for over three weeks now and its still not working. Four days off work to try and get it sorted out , numerous phone calls and emails . Had to perform tests myself and send in results with no return correspondence . Have requested to talk to a manager many times , always unavailable . promises of them returning my calls and never do. Have posted all my correspondence on their facebook page only to have them tell me someone will be in contact shortly. still waiting. No pure internet joy as per their slogan.
