Terrible service

Afrihost is one of the most unreliable service provider in SA. I would like to give some feedback on one service that I received from Afrihost. I paid my monthly subscription in advance like I am sure all the clients do. I requested them to transfer my fiber to Vodacom. Afrihost came with excuses that they can only release it at the end of the month. After explaining to them that I have no landline I requested them to release its please. I got this email from them. " following “ SADV fibre line that belongs to Nollie Moorcroft with account number A***8 was initially scheduled to be effectively cancelled on the 1st of June 2020, but due to instruction from the account holder the fibre line has been manually cancelled, which means that the client will lose connectivity as well as data for the rest of the month. The fibre line was manually cancelled on the 12th of May 2020.” To date it is still not done and my Business is suffering due to the fact that I am still without a Landline. They are spiteful and unreasonable. Please avoid doing business with Afrihost.
