Terrible service

<p>Been having line issues for a couple of months and i iether get no response from them or if i do they want ping tests and **** like that FOR A LINE ISSUE that is dead or not sycning correctly i have been paying them and not getting a service like i should i want my money back or credit for the time i was offline and having issues i will be lodging a complaint by ISPA if this matter is not resolved i had enough of this **** they will never change terrible ISP AVOID them at all costs be warned.</p>
