Terrible service!

I've been waiting for a line upgrade for over two weeks! The time in which they say it will be done is 2-48hours! It takes forever to contact them and even after you do then your problem just gets passed on and passed on with no actual help! No feedback! Terrible service! Terrible support and they Charge you for services before they even work! Do not recommend Afrihost!
