Terrible service

Today will be the third day with no internet. I have a small business which I operate from home, I can't even express the frustration, because I am loosing business. I can't process orders, can't checks emails for new orders etc. My wife also works from home, and needs the wifi and this has been difficult for her as well.

Between Afrihost and Vumatel, your customer service is disgusting, internet has become a necessity for people, they run businesses, use it for school etc, people are paying a lot of money to use your services and the days that there are faults on your lines where people can't assess the services, they are still billed a full month.

I've seen the comments on the social media platforms, and it's sad how people are begging both companies to resolve the issues that are going on days.

Please resolve my issue today or will be taking this up further.
