Terrible products and customer service

Their products seem attractive initially, however that is where it ends. I was meant to receive a months free data which turn out to be 3 days due to T&C's. They have now moved away from Cell C for their 4G plans, which is causing me further problems. To top it off I am unable to cancel the contract without incurring a cancellation fee, due to the contract being 6 months old, even though all I have is a SIM card (no device or router).

To rub salt into the wounds, there "customer service" agents and less than useless, ignoring questions raised, and when they do answer, they have no idea what they are on about.
