Terrible New experience with Afrihost,

I had a disheartening experience with Afrihost, because my budget was tight already and i was looking for an affordable option, i thought they would be, i have a router so just ordered a simcard 1st alarm bell, they deducted the amount for internet from my acc before they even delivered the simcard 2nd they blocked the simcard because my router was not compatible 3rd i checked how much the routers they do support cost, it is R2800 per router i called in to let them know i cant afford this if they could please refund the money they deducted from my acc as i never used anything because the sim is not active and they declined. and i asked the lady if there is another option, she says i need to cancel my contract and take out a new one, and pay another R350 for a new sim. This is so unfair and they are so unhelpful
