Terrible Lying *** Service Provider

Why do I have to tick a star to write review? Because as far as I am concerned this business deserve no stars for their extremely poor service that they are providing. I have been a client for almost 2years now and I have 200mb/200mb line which keeps fluctuating running on 5mb terrible internet speeds which I did not pay for. Not even half of the speed that I pay for every month then at the end of the month they want full payment. And extremely quick to suspend your line if they receive payment late. Hpeter fix this rating thing I didn't want to give no stars. The whatsapp line they give you to sort your internet issues out is also just programmed to read of whatever instruction manual they have infront of them when they received their training for the job. EXTREMELY! unhelpful because they all feed you the nonsense they were fed.
