Terrible ISP ever

I have been with Afrihost for more than a year and i was happy with every until recent. i changed my debit details from a credit card to debit order in February, however in March they decided to debit from the credit card and i was charged R50 for the default. to think that was not enough a transaction purchase took place on my account without my authority. i then called to find out why a transaction took place and no one could explain. they transferred me to billing department which i ended up talking to the manager who said she will escalate the problem to their IT department she will get back at me, which she never did until today. I decided to cancel the service before the 25th of March and even got the confirmation that the service was cancelled, but for some strange reason they billed me For April and they ran the transaction from my credit card and defaulted, they still charged me R50 for default for the service i cancelled. i hate Afrihost and to think i got most of my friends to signup im living to regret it because they always complaining and they complaining at me.
