Terrible ISP and very Bad customer service.

Terrible ISP, very bad customer service. A friend recommended Afrihost to me. I wish I didn't switch over to Afrihost. Since the day that my Internet was connected I had problems. My Internet disconnects almost every hour and goes back on after 10min. It has been over 1 month and still the same problem. A consultant told me that they don't know what is the problem and they cant tell me if and when it will get fixed. I am on Cell c LTE. My friend that lives 2 blocks from me is not experiencing this issue with his ISP. I will not recommend Afrihost to anyone and I am at this point where I will take the loss, pay the R1000 cancellation fee and find someone else. Your service is terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
