Terrible & *********** Support team!

A bunch of clueless people working at this place. The support team is pathetic and extremely ***********. The list of issues I have with Afrihost are long:

- A lot of down-time with Hosting - Many of the people in their support are clearly not qualified for the job - seems like its just cheaply outsourced (to Durban call centers?). I once asked them to transfer a Wordpress website over to Afrihost for me, they couldn't even do that right. Had to do it myself.. that's right, a hosting company does NOT know how to upload web files! - I sent an email asking them if its possible to reinstate a website I recently cancelled, and IF IT IS possible to please let me know before going ahead. What do they do? That's right... they just completely ignore my request and reinstate the website right away!!

Overall, their support team is terrible. Its kinda like the service you would expect from Shoprites cashiers.
