Terrible fixed wireless service!

Sadly I have to write a negative review today.

After enjoying a couple of months of good internet speeds. The situation has taken a turn for the worse. The Internet speeds have become very poor, and after 5pm it's completely unusable. I have tried multiple different types of support to no avail.

I do understand that Afrihost is using Telkom services. And the blame isn't solely their fault. But it is their responsibility to serve the customers. To make sure that they keep Telkom in line falls on Afrihost.

We pay R1000.00 a month and are very disappointed.

As things currently stand i cannot recommend using Afrihost.

NB: for the support people. We have restarted the router a thousand times a day and we use network cables to directly connect to the router. Also we have no more then 3 devices connected to the router in total. As I said the internet used to be fast the fault is NOT on our side.

And if Afrihost fails to solve this issue it is bad service delivery its as simple as that.
