Terrible experience - would NEVER recommend Afrihost!

The service and packages are absolutely pathetic. Poor customer service and very delayed responses. If you are looking for fast & reliable internet, fair prices and an ISP that is transparent - do not choose Afrihost.

Issues experienced: - internet coverage map says 4G available in my area - only had 3G network - every request I made for a review on the internet coverage, they just increased the data plan and then increased the pricing of the plan a few months later - queried how to cancel my data plan and my data plan and SIM card was cancelled even though the administrator advised that my SIM and data would still be usable after cancelling the data plan only on ClientZone.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND PEACE - CHOOSE ANOTHER ISP!

I wish I had checked Afrihost's reviews before committing. I see they already have a poor rating of 1.5 stars from + 7000 people.
