Terrible Experience

Using them was possibly the worst decision I have made...

Installation time: TERRIBLE I signed up on the 6th of March and only had my fibre installed on the 4th of April after they guaranteed me it would happen within 2 weeks of me placing my order, so well ahead of the lockdown.

Speeds: MEDIOCRE I signed up for the 50Mb option and I'm lucky if I manage to get 15Mb. They keep saying they will look into it and get back to me.

Accounts: TERRIBLE When I originally looked at joining them and spoke to a consultant they ensured me of lead times and that I will be billed at the end of the first month. I also enquired about the free installation they advertise on their website and the consultant ensured me that it is indeed free. Today I was debited an amount of R1696.30 whichwas for the installation and a pro rata fee??

Rather go with Telkom if you have the option. I'd like to see if they even bother to remedy this situation.
