Terrible! Do not change your package!

It is a strange thing.

A month ago, I was at a 50Mbps upload and 50Mbps download speed, everything worked fine.

So I tried to see what 100/10 would mean to me, so I "upgraded" Almost immediately my line went to 50/10, and after about a day 3 calls and several router reboots I got my 100/10

Nothing significant really. so I went back to 50/50.

For 17 days now, and countless tickets and WhatsApp's, my line has been at 50/10.

This brings me to the question: Why is it that Afrihost can almost immediately change your speed to a slower speed, but one has to fight for whatever you are paying for?

For about three weeks, I've been paying the most expensive fibre provider + Afrihost for a 50/50 service but received 50/10. (that's 20% the upload I should get!)

Why Afrihost? you aim to get back to the top as the best ISP, but with this, you'll never get there.
