Terrible customer support

<p>I recently upgraded my package specificaly to get the blog feature on my website. It is not working though. After quite a few emails requesting support I got a response saying the matter was passed on to a senior administrator and I will be updated. That was a couple of days ago. Naturally I have ot been updated, I have sent another couple of emails and lodged a few support queries,but to no avail. Apparently they just don't care.</p>
