Terrible customer service. No refund. No internet

My internet line has not been working since the end of March. Afrihost has billed me for April and after promising to credit me for the amount this has not been done. I have sent numerous emails with not even a response! Terrible customer service. Also they say my case has been escalated to Openserve to fix my line but this has still not been done and there is no follow up on this. Terrible customer service I am ready to move my business elsewhere
