Terrible customer service from worst ISP

Terrible service. All I wanted to do was relocate my line. Initially I was told that everything is great. Then I was told it cannot happen and I should cancel, which was not true. No feedback from Afrihost, I had to call in every time and ask what is going on. When I wanted a refund they said that I cannot get that either. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
