Terrible Customer Service From FEZILE

I am appauled at the level of support from your agent FEZILE from accounts and billing. I have been with Afrihost and have always loved their service, never once have i ever experienced a rude and arrogant agent with you before such as today.

She shouldnt be at work of she doesnt want to. Extremely upset with this so early on the morning.
