Terrible customer service

did not do what they were supposed to do when we moved - sitting without internet told 2 hours to resolve and 6 hours later told will take 48 hours - have asked for a supervisor to call 3 times, have not had a response - terrible customer service. bad attitudes and unwillingness to assist.
