Terrible customer service after complaining multiple times

I signed up for Afrihost fibre and activated my service on the morning of Tuesday the 26th of September, this is when the nightmare began. Their call centre has no option for Fibre so you get moved around from dept to dept and then get put on hold for an initial period of 20 mins which then INCREASES instead of decreasing. This happened a couple of time until I tried the sms service. I sent an sms for "Help" at 7am and got called back around 1pm when I was unfortunately unable to take the call. The agent merely left a message for me to call the call centre once again, I assume because he couldn't be bothered to try again at a later stage or it's just not their policy to want to help customers. Anyways, I then tried the online chat option to which the agent informed he that he would email me a guide on how to set-up my fibre connection. This email never materialised. The next day, I then sent them an email to complain to which I got a response saying that they are really sorry for my bad experience and that someone will contact me asap. It took a further 2 days for someone to email me asking what my issue was. I proceeded to type a lengthy email and eventually someone called me to troubleshoot the problem. He advised me to activate the package on the VumaShop website and wait 48 hours. 48 hours later and still nothing. Again I tried contacting them and had to wait over a day for a response. I got an email eventually on Wednesday the 4th of October with instructions on how to set it up. It still didn't work, I advised of this and was asked to send a photo of the CPE lights which I did the same day. I got an email on Thursday morning saying a call was logged. I asked what was the issue and the response was that it would take 48 hours for them to feedback. I have since sent another 2 emails and now they just stopped responding. I also was billed in full for this service which I am not receiving so I either want this fixed urgently and to be credited for the days I was without service or Afrihost can collect their modem and refund me in full so I can try another more competent service provider!
