Terrible customer service

Absolutely worst service on WhatsApp. After following all the relevant steps on the app I could not resolve the issue and decided to try the WhatsApp number for help. It took the man 2 hours to get me no where! Asking me to do the steps I followed already and send him screenshots to see if I did it right. Restarting the phone a few times too. But nothing! Absolutely frustrating and a complete waste of time. I don't recommend them at all.
