Terrible Customer Service

For the last month we have been trying to get our wifi up and running. Afrihost has been a terrible service provider!

Each time we phone in for assistance, we have been placed on hold for around 30min and when we have gotten through, noone has been able to help us. Three times now we have been told that we will be phoned back and all three times noone from Afrihost has called back as promised!

Really terrible customer service!
