Terrible customer service

I have being a good customer since 2014, I always pay on time, I deposited some funds as a credit for services for the next 3 months, plans have changed, therefore, I requested a refund of my money back, its being 3 weeks to a months speaking and emailing the accounts and im being treated like a ********, worse customer service ever, if this is how you treat your loyal customers then that says alot about your company.
