Terrible Customer Service

I would like to share the inadequate service i received from Afrihost.

they proudly state on their website that they do same day delivery if you are withing 30km of their offices in Rivonia and if you place the order before 11am .

I decided to place my order on Tuesday 28 Aug 2018. albeit not before 11am. I expected delivery at least to take 2 days. So on Thursday my order was completed and was billed for pro rata data for the last two days of August. My package was delivered to the courier on Thursday afternoon. On Friday morning I get a call from the courier saying that the delivery will only happen on Monday. so now i have been charged for 2 days in aug of data which i cant use. I called their service department and the lovely lady on the other end did speak to her supervisor and they said they will credit me for the two days of Aug they deducted.

What i find completely unacceptable is the fact that they take 6 days to process an order but says on their website that same day delivery in possible and seeing that the delivery address is only 30km form their warehouse, This is an absolute joke, Their courier doesn't do next day deliveries, in 2018? Rather get a professional courier company and stop trying to cut corners to save money.

With the ISP business being so fiercely contested currently I don't understand how they can be so lax.

Awful service for a new customer.

At this stage I will rather refuse the delivery and go to another ISP that has more customer service based culture.
