Terrible Customer Service

I really do not know what is going on with Afrihost, but the service is getting worse by the minute. Firstly, I have a 100M fibre line, which majority of the time is slower than a 20mb line. Their response is always "nothing is wrong". The latest issue which is really now becoming a problem as this is affecting my business and those of my clients, which we pay thousands for a dedicated server, is constantly giving errors, and when complaining, again "nothing is wrong". They keep on testing things that is not even CLOSE to the errors we are receiving. They simply have no clue what they are doing, and i know this as they literally are looking for problems which has nothing to do with the ACTUAL problem.

From a company I always recommended to a company that has no clue what is going on in their own infrastrucure
