Terrible company to say the least

This company doesn't respond to complaints on here because they know they are letting their customers down. Many times I've been reporting one & the same issue ever since I subscribed to their services. I'm on fixed lte, I've never enjoyed my money's worth. This router reboots time & again, sometimes I try to watch something & after a min the connection drops. Nobody seems to be able to help with resolving this, and I think they don't care. Doesn't the ombudsman assist/protect us from ****s like these!?
