Terrible

I placed an order for fibre on AFrihost's website. The first thing you need to do is search for the address so that they can confirm if you have fibre in the area.

I put my address in and it confirmed that there is fibre. I placed the order. Once I verified my banking details they came back to me to tell me the very same address they confirmed in the beginning of the process, now all of a sudden does not have fibre anymore.

I fail to understand why they told me in the beginning there was, and now all of a sudden there isn't. Same address, nothing has changed. Very frustrated.
