Terrible and VERY frustrating whatsapp chat service

I app**** for fiber and asked on whatsapp chat if, once installed, I can delay the activation, as I won't need it right away. The agent said that this would be possible. Once they installed, I got a pro rata bill right away. I tried explaining this to the whatsapp agent who kept repeating themselves, saying it's not possible, even when I showed them the screen shot. They simply kept repeating themselves. I then asked for a manager to call me, and again, they kept repeating themselves with the same line. I will not accept this
