Terrible and Unhelpful Afrihost

I registered a new domain with Afrihost on Thursday, 18th May 2023. The client zone allows me to log in, but the domain is non-existent. I spoke to 4 different people over the last many days - each had differing stories. I was asked to send my ID etc to the legal department for clearance. They did that with confirmation. Still absolutely nothing. The staff are most unhelpful and pathetically full of generic excuses. I chose to go with this compnay because fo their reputation and awards but how they have achoieved that with the experience like I am having is beyond me. maybe someone will assist in some way
