Terrible AFRIHOST Terrible

Afrihost recently upgraded their cpanel website, the site does not work and it is terrible. I have been waiting 2 weeks to publish my website because whenever I attempt to publish it I get constant problems, with their old site I never ever experienced such issues, it is terrible. I am busy looking at their competitors so I can move my domains etc, I have had. I was promised I would receive a call from the server administrator til now, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
