Terrible afrihost fibre ops support

Very bad experience from the get go ordered fibre, they only installed it 2 weeks later not notifying me about it until i complained. But thats not what ticked me off the day after it was installed the internet connection was off for 3 days at that point i was already livid with their service. Now that i want to upgrade to 50Mbps the site now cancels everytime i upgrade the package ive been fighting with them since Thursday (12 September) until now the whatsapp chat team very helpful but the guys who is so posed to be fixing the issue AND give me feedback still didn't do it im over it wont be long before i cancel out of frustration
