Terminated my server prematurely and then even billed me a whole extra month for their blunder

Terminated my server a day before I was advised it would be closed in 2020, which had to be reinstated for a few hours so I could get my data back. But that's not all, they also insist that I owe them a full month's worth of service for their blunder! I would be very careful entering into any kind of business with these *******!!
