Telkom to Afrihost ADSL

<p>I have been without ADSL since the 3rd of Sept, strangly straight after Afrihost convinced me that by moving the management of the line from Telkom to them... I have been following up on a daily basis (this used to work when I dealt directly with Telkom). There is NO benefit in having Afrihost manage your line or Telkom.</p> <p>With Telkom at least there was a way to escalate the faults after a period, with Afrihost, you just deal with whoever is on duty. Service is pathetic, no wonder they have to keep giving stuff away for free just to keep their customers happy. Well, the free stuff means nothing to me, as I cannot use it if I have no working service!!!</p>
