Telkom #2

another Telkom, you pay for a service that you do not receive. I have been struggling for weeks now with my fibre and you cannot even get through on the helpline to log a complaint. The whatsapp function keeps on disconnecting and if you do get through the standard reply is connect a cable to your router and do a speed test. Pathetic service and empty promises yet you want to increase your monthly fee, how about you provide what we pay for my speed is supposed to be a 100mb I am currently getting .70mb seriously! you are *****ing our money just like Telkom use to I moved away from them falling for your empty promises but now I am in the same boat.
