Technicians not showing up and no internet for days on end.

I have been disconnected from the internet for over 8 days. I contacted Afrihost for assistance, and a call was logged (ISP-***) on Monday -12 Dec 2022. The technicians only called once to set an appointment and I had been following them by calling to check on them around Wednesday - 14 Dec 2022 and the technician rescheduled for Thursday - 15 Dec 2022 and they had not come to my place. I followed up again with the team I was told that there note left on the system that mentioned that I was unavailable for assistance and I provided my alternative number just in case. This morning Monday 19 Dec 2022 I follow up and found out that the call was closed. I've logged another call (ISP-***) with them again, though I am highly disappointed with the service I have received this time is very poor. I've been disconnected for over 8 days and no assistance.
