technicians at Afrihost are not trained and when they dont know the answer they hang the phone.

my wifi was not working. I phoned them. they phoned me back. However this process lasted at least 5 hours as every time a consultant tried to resolve my problem, when they got stuck they hang up the call. I phoned back got a new consultant and the same process happened with 4 different consultants. I am now trying to buy an new router as maybe the router is broken (no consultant could confirm this) they say it will take 10 days for the router to arrive.
