Technical support is pathetic ...... !!

Afrihost is very efficient in billing and charging for services; however when an support question is raised it seems everyone at Afrihost support is just efficient on ignoring the issue and shifting blame and focus elsewhere.

....and then "out of the blue" you receive an sms from Gian requesting that you please rate their service....!! The issue was not not even resolved and mutually agreed that it can be closed.

This leaves you powerless as from there they just ignore you - whatsapp support is a joke today and emailing bears no response ..... frustrated ....!!!!
