Technical Support and not adhering to what they advertsie

<p>I have had numerous encouters with the Afrihost Technical support which is beyond pathetic, they do not value their customers 1 bit, recently I purchased a dedicated server and still have not recived the login details, and this is way past the 48 hours advertised.</p> <p>They should just close down.</p>
