Taking my money after cancelation

I though I was the only one struggling until I got to hellopeter to see how BAD Afrihost is. I don't even want to waste more of my time trying to explain the issue, but in summary they are taking my money even after I canceled and I have gotten confirmation that there will be no further deductions. There support staff are also like robots in there standard stupid responses. HOPELESS!! I just hope they don't continue taking more money...
