Taking money without providing a service

They did not upgrade my line as asked and I was told that it can only happen next month, asked them to then not take the money from my account till next month and the still went ahead and stole the money from my account and now they are not will to repay me only give me credit after they *******ly and without my consent took money from my account without providing a service.

But let me be one day late with a payment and you will shut down my service.
