Take your money and give no service

Afrihost is the worst ISP in RSA. They billed my account pro rata in March even though I was not active yet for a new installation. They promised to refund me when my account becomes active. It took them another 10 days to activate this after more than a months wait and battles and yet they debited my account for the full month of April. They now refuse to refund a portion of April even though I was only activated on 10 April because \I am using the service\" Yes I did use it from 10 April but not from 1 April. Why do you bill me for a full month if I only got activated middle of the month. Do not fall for their promises - they do not deliver on the service and pass the buck. I have cancelled my service and will never recommend them to anyone. Beware...<br> <br> "
