Take my money and ignore me .

Good day.

I have been a user for of this service from iburst since 2010 , recently they moved over to Afrihost . I have paid my account monthly . last month i have heard that my account has been terminated . i have submitted Proof of payments under the reference and and account number i have been advised to by the service provider with only for them to respond i have to resubmit my application .

Like everyone we pay for a service we expect to be delivered and the customer needs will be met or assisted . I have emailed twice since monday with no feedback .

So they have taken my money and not giving me a service or even giving me the time of day to reply .

I am a regional manager that travels i dont have the time to resubmit my application due to your system . i have paid for a service monthly this is a inconvenience to me and even more that no one on this team is taking the time to assist .

Every business should go the extra mile for its customers unfortunately im getting the no care attitude.

I want my service re instated as this impact my work greatly.
